We are making an isometric RPG with a 45 degree view so we loose 50% of the map size since maps are square. So, if I remember, in mode 0 each background map is 64x64 with tiles 8x8 = 512x512 pixels. Cut this in half so we have 256x256 pixels for our scrolling map, which in a 240x160 screen means not much scrolling. Do you have a solution or a suggestion for us ?
